Bahria Town Karachi All Payment Plans and Transfer Fees

Bahria Town Karachi Prices are kept reasonable and affordable considering the purchasing power of the middle class of Pakistan.The Prices of Residential Plots, Bahria Homes and Bahria Apartments come with a 4 year installment plan whereas the prices of Commercial Plots are higher but the payment plan is also extended up to 5 years.

Since this is a new project launch in Karachi, the installment plan is much relaxed for a common man who cannot afford large payments on each quarter. Minimum Payment plan is 4 years, which makes 16 quarterly installment. Maximum plan is for 5 years, which makes 20 quarterly payments.
